Don't buy anything from Chondritic sound, or sign up for their forum, or have any contact with any of the idiots behind the scenes there because they are all at least as incompetent and uncaring as Greh.

As those of you that know me can now see, those fucks at the Troniks/Chondritic Sound board DELETED my account last week, thereby destroying all my posting history, and in turn censoring the board's visiable content, so that there is NO RECORD of the truth I posted about the facts that they are, yet again, RIPPING OFF large amounts of people by baiting them into buying with sad, sad, sad stories of ancestral demise and other internet advertising, and then not sending out the goods you bought in a effort to help. Threads which have been hyped by inside trading and business associates that don't even personally buy the products they tell you are "so fucking good" and "need to have, quickly because they are going (to distro) fast!!", just to make Greh look good through the "false hype" of his products. Don't these cats know that when you support/aid/abet a thief knowingly in the commission of a crime that it is being an accessory to the crime, making them just as guilty as the guy who is actually cashing in on the crime, without reaping any benefits whatsoever themselves to deem their even being involved in said crime in the first place? How dumb are you maniacal people?? Internet fraud and mail fraud are not a joke, I hope one day all you fucks get caught and put in cells with very large, angry, revenge motivated gang bangers who killed ruthlessly after being ripped off in internet scams involving maniacal underground scumbags, just like Greh, to get into prison in the first place!! I'll do what I can to help put you there, rest assured, you are a thief and a criminal of the lamest variety.

If you look on the current Troniks/Chondritic Sound Forum front page, down just a bit, at the "New Chondritic Lathes?" thread, Greh has done it again over there in epic proportions, ripping off, ripping off, ripping off, WTF??? Wake up and stop the fraud! Report to Paypal, your credit card company, Tucows (?sp?), Better Business Bureau, Postal Authorities & local as well as State Police simply call them explain you have been a victim of internet fraud involving the post office and credit cards and see how fast you get some help, it's not illegal to report a case of fraud, it IS however illegal to be involved in fraud.

These are CRIMES that they are committing, real open and close case type CRIMES, that would definitely incurred jail time if prosecuted by just a few victims, shit easily a Federal offense with the postal service(s) involved so heavily in the fraud/deceit as well as State lines being crossed, if not International fraud as well, as this does extend into the Global/International fraud level for sure folks!!

Can't folks read and see that this guy does this bi-monthly to supplement his income and then laugh with his private buddies about how all us "dumb ass zombies" flocked to send his high and mighty ass their hard earned greenbacks and he didn't even have to follow though on his end, YET AGAIN!!

Please do not buy from Greh, or hype his releases in threads without good due cause. By all means reward a job well done and completed after the item has been shipped successfully to you in a timely fashion as per reasonable industry standards of delivery of purchase, BUT... If you DO get ripped off report it to Paypal and follow through in the proper time frames, it is important to everyone that is a consumer to keep the places they shop clean (this is why Ebay and Discogs and the Better Business Bureau all have CONSUMER feedback reports) Don't, NOT POST your bad experience because Greh runs the board, that is not a good reason to hide getting ripped off or dicked around for 3+ months!! Talk about it, if people with receipts for BUYING an item, who didn't receive said item, posted every time the event occurred and reported the crime to Paypal and their Credit Card companies EVERY time they didn't get their goods, within the protocol these entities require of sellers who are accepting payment through their services, that it would not be very long at all before Greh was no longer allowed to use Paypal and/or accept Visa/Mastercard in any other way due to his terrible customer complaints he would have received and they (CC's) had to act on by giving the customer a refund or chargeback after the business' failure to prove it was something other than fraud. They will shut you down rather fast after a few REAL reports of non-compliance and consumer fraud linked to the same person(s) in short time periods or over the long haul!! BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE REPORT!!

To Nobyenoaloha: Glad you got the package!! Hope something is to your liking. If there is nothing there for you, you have my consent to sell what you don't like or can't use in an effort to recoop your monetary losses in the matter. THX!!!

First, regarding the banning of IDX1274 (someone I have never done business with, and who has held a grudge due to some shit on the old ezboard), if someone dislikes me that much, I don't see any reason to let them use my services (aka THIS WEBSITE - you know, the one I pay for and deal with) to badmouth me when we've never exchanged more than words. Sorry if anyone feels it was to "censor and hide" something, and I probably should've addressed it immediately, but I ddn't really some jackwad talking shit on me when he's in my house. Regardless of how you feel about this website you're on, it is mine. See the name at the top? Or the domain name? IDX can talk his shit in plenty of other places but I don't need to put my pennies out for him to do it with. To those who want to keep posting here on his behalf, you can expect the same treatment. I'm sorry, shit has been rough lately and I'm not going to start throwing out excuses so those who feel the need can pick at them - I've been lax with getting some things out, forgetful on others and I do truly apologize to those who it affects. I'm RIGHT here, and I'm not going to rip you off. I'm apologize to anyone who feels that way and I'll do what I can to change that immediately. And yes, I am embarrassed and ashamed, but unlike IDX1274 and a few others want to portray, this isn't some giant conspiracy to defraud and trick all my customers. I'm a fuck-up and in light of all this shit I've done some heavy thinking regarding how the label has been run and how, if at all, it needs to be run in the future.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten your stuff sooner but YOU WILL GET IT. If it is something old/previous I owe you, EMAIL ME. Please! I will get you sorted, get you some extra stuff for your delay and from that point on we can be even and you'll never have to deal with me again.

I am saddened that my lax mailorder activities have even slightly allowed them to be dragged into this shit by association.

If you want to file a complaint, go ahead, but I'd ask that you give me one more chance to set things right, settle up and get you taken care of. If that isn't your preference, I understand and fire away. Again, I'm not here to rip you off and I'm sorry for anyone who has understandably gotten that impression as of late. Whenever Greh posts a new item for sale post your experience, if it has been good then say so BUT... if it was a negative experience simply say "No Thx, I'll pass!! Remember that time I sent you $50 for ____ and never got my item or a reply to several emails I sent you on the matter." this way others know what to expect that may not be hip to what has happened in the past with these entities.

Simply spend your money elsewhere, or if you insist on throwing it away, give a random needy child a $20 and walk away, you'll feel great and at the very least you will blow the lil fuckers mind and build some positive urban legend around yourself and what you believe in!!

If you have a pending transaction with Greh (or Phil) that is delinquent and still within consumer reporting guidelines to contact Paypal and CC companies and send that message as well, these guys rely on using CC to get your dollars, close the hole and close the doors, you don't even have to be the "heavy" cause Paypal and CC companies will do all the work for you and get you your money back as long as you have the proof of sale and no proof of delivery yo you.

"Please give me one more chance" ... I have seen you say the same thing before in other sales threads over a few boards now, and then those that fell for it waited again for 3 more months still never got their shit, but they did exstinguish their rights as consumers.

If you wait a while longer AGAIN then surely by the time the shit doesn't arrive timely again, rest assured your time to report for a claim WILL have come, and GONE, leaving you with no recourse, if in fact you still had one that hadn't expired.

When you make a claim at Paypal or CC the seller has a chance to show they delivered ON TIME, they have a window to rectify the situation without recourse to the seller which involves shipping the item WITHIN A SET REASONABLE NUMBER OF DAYS and then using CONFIRMATION of some type on the delivery to prove it was indeed sent and received. If this is achieved the matter is closed and nothing more happens, if it is not done within the guidelines then they automatically default the settlement to the buyer and deal with the seller as they see fit.

So if Greh is going to come clean YOU SHOULD POST on the board what you ordered that he owes you for and when the transaction was from and let him reply, he asks you to send emails, yet he has not replied to any of your past emails, why all of a sudden is he going to answer now?? Fear of jail time for mass fraud perhaps? He has all but admitted his guilt in his posting of the fraud as well as trying to hide information that would allow the masses to see what is going on in their community. Obviously you tried to hide the truth.

If you let him answer to Paypal or CC's he has to answer to someone who's gene pool HE isn't in, someone that will simply TELL him the fair way, and not listen to any crap about anything other than the failure to deliver advertised good in a timely manner, simple as pie.

Stop talking and repay lots of folks!! Let's see 50 storeies about how you fixed it all and made good real fast, stories from folks not from your elite group but from real customers that were really wronged. Why keep it on the downlow with emails let them address you and you can fix with delivery proof and address it back and save face.
