Tote Stadt was the collaborative project of Andrew Seal (Praying For Oblivion) and Lacy Folga. Tote Stadt was active in the Buffalo New York area between 2002-2004, and also toured Europe in 2003. This project is permanently defunct. www.myspace.com/tote9stadt Tote+Stadt.jpg
